There may be a delay in processing your order if the shipping address does not match the address on file with your credit card company. Unlimited Beauty Care reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

Shipping and Delivery

Unlimited Beauty Care will ship products anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii by using FedEx or USPS. We reserve the right not to ship to a location.

For international orders please contact our warehouse.

Truck Freight

In the event the product purchased exceeds the shipping limits of the standard carriers such as FEDEX or US Postal Service, the merchandise may be shipped via trucking service. We will notify you if this is the case.

Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Products

If you believe that you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged product please contact us within 24-48 hours at our main phone number. We will contact the carrier and arrange for pickup of the defective item or provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please have the product repackaged the way it was received, and ready for pickup. We will not send out a replacement product or give a refund until the original product has been received and verified defective. Allow up to 1-4 weeks from receipt for processing and refund/exchange.

Due to the bulk purchases made there may be a margin of 1-2% defective product. In such cases we do not accept the return of that margin.

Return Policy

In certain cases, it may be necessary to return a product. Please contact us first to obtain a return authorization. All returns must adhere to the following process:

Process to return product(s)

    1. The product MUST have been purchased within the last 7 days from time of delivery. Special orders made cannot be returned.

    2. The product must be in new and unopened condition with all tags intact and packaged correctly with the original box and packaging. Incomplete, improperly packaged, or damaged products will be charged an adjustment fee determined solely by Unlimited Beauty Care.

    3. Shipping charges for return shipments must be paid by the customer. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

    4. For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured FedEx or UPS. Please retain your tracking number as Unlimited Beauty Care will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed it will be refused. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).

    5. Once you get an authorization number from our sales team you may ship the package(s) back to us.

Depending on the payment method, Unlimited Beauty Care will either refund the original purchasing credit card account number or issue you a refund check for the purchase price of your product.

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call or e-mail during business hour to change your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit back to you in the same format of payment.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your emailed receipt or order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (US) must obtain pre-approval with our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order in some rare suspicious cases.
